We're building an all-star Talent Acquisition team up to the challenge of meeting our high goals for quality and diversity while hiring at an incredible pace. We're a team of 100+ with plans to 3x our company size in the next year alone. We're looking for experienced, self-starting Talent Acquisition professionals who are eager to take on this challenge. As an early hire on the TA team, you'll have the opportunity to support in building the function from the ground up while taking ownership to source, vet and hire high-priority roles across the company. 

You'll know you're right for the role if you thrive in fast-paced environments, can independently source top talent and have great instincts for anticipating candidate needs.

Amongst many exciting challenges, you will:

  • Own full-lifecycle recruiting for assigned roles by engaging with hiring managers, reviewing applications, sourcing and screening candidates, and managing the hiring process
  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience by being responsive, helpful, and a great advocate throughout the process
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of diverse talent
  • Guide hiring teams through the recruitment process, providing resources and training when needed
  • Partner with hiring managers to align on recruiting needs, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality
  • Partner with the broader People Team in building robust and inclusive hiring practices
  • Track and manage hiring reports and data within our internal tools

Job requirements

Do you have what it takes?

  • 3-4+ years of sourcing/recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to build relationships across the organization and with candidates
  • Self-motivation with a desire to work in an ever-changing and fast-paced environment
  • Strong time-management and organization skills
