Job description

We are looking for a qualified Recruiter to lead our recruitment efforts. Our ideal candidate should have solid experience with full-cycle recruitment; from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline. 

Amongst many exciting challenges, you will:

  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
  • Create and own a recruitment process and workflow
  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment for 5+ positions at a time
  • Prepare recruitment materials and source candidates by determining optimal job advertising mix, including job boards, careers pages and social networks, and direct reach out (InMail/email append)
  • Create and own a recruitment process and workflow
  • Set up and own all aspects of our applicant tracking system (
  • Partner with manager to come up with standardized questions & answers for each interview stage
  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations

Job requirements

Do you have what it takes? 

  • 3 to 4 years of recruitment experience preferably with fast growing start-ups
  • Understanding of full cycle recruiting
  • Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing and interviewing
  • Solid experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to plan, prioritize and problem solve in a fast paced environment
