We’re looking for a Head of Growth to join our dynamic 55+ people team. We’re on a mission to become one of the top #25 third-party sellers on Amazon within the next 5 years. Currently, we are in the top #1000.
As Head of Head of Growth, you will take full ownership of our Acquisitions Growth. You will build and lead a team of 5-10 people and focus on increasing the M&A acquisitions targets pipeline. You will drive aggressive digital and traditional multi-channel growth (email, direct mail, social, etc.), implement performance tracking to double down on winning strategies and scale output rapidly.
Increase the amount of qualified B2B acquisition leads (generate at least 25 qualified leads per week); qualified meaning within our financial ranges and with high intent to sell.
Recruit & manage a team of 7-10 marketers with the goal to double down on successful marketing strategies. The team would including roles such as: lead generation/list building specialists, content marketer, email & direct mail marketer, outbound phone sales person
Constantly test out new marketing channels (e.g. podcasts, events, Linkedin, etc.) with a growth-hacking mindset; scale up any marketing channels that promise results based on initial data
