Job description

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to join our dynamic 75+ people team. We’re on a mission to become one of the top #25 third-party sellers on Amazon within the next 5 years. Currently, we are in the top #1000.

As Growth Marketing Lead, you will take full ownership of our M&A growth. You will build out a full B2B marketing & sales funnel from scratch, including CRM & automation, multiple funnel entry-points, demand generation, and more. You will build and lead a team of 10-15 marketers and focus on increasing the M&A acquisitions targets pipeline. You will drive aggressive digital and traditional multi-channel growth (email, direct mail, social, etc.), implement performance tracking to double down on winning strategies, and scale throughput rapidly.

Amongst many exciting challenges, you will:

    • Increase the amount of qualified B2B acquisition leads (generate at least 25 qualified leads per week); qualified meaning within our financial ranges and with high intent to sell

    • Build out a full B2B marketing and sales funnel from the ground up, including content strategy and multiple funnel entry points

    • Recruit & manage a team of 7-10 marketers with the goal to double down on successful marketing strategies. The team would including roles such as: lead generation/list building specialists, content marketer, email & direct mail marketer, outbound phone sales person

    • Constantly test out new marketing channels (e.g. podcasts, events, Linkedin, etc.) with a growth-hacking mindset; scale up any marketing channels that promise results based on initial data

    Job requirements

    Do you have what it takes?

    • 3-6 years of (digital/growth) marketing experience (B2B preferred) in a leading role preferably at a venture-backed start-up
    • B2B growth marketing experience (ideally at a SaaS B2B start-up with ~100+ people) and B2B sales experience are preferred
    • T-shaped (or V-shaped) marketing experience, with a deep understanding of email marketing, content marketing, and growth marketing/hacking
    • Experience leading and managing a team of about 5-7 people
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Ability to plan, prioritize and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
