Due Diligence & Integration Manager

Job description

We’re looking for a a driven Due Diligence & Integration Manager to join our dynamic 55+ people team. We’re on a mission to become one of the top #25 third-party sellers on Amazon within the next 5 years. Currently, we are in the top #1000

Our goal is to acquire 4-6 Amazon 3P sellers (each with $1m+ in earnings) per month. You will take full ownership of integrating all of the brands that we acquire. You will work closely with other departments pre and post transaction closing to facilitate a smooth transition of the operations:

Amongst many exciting challenges, you will:

  • Lead and manage multiple due diligence and integration processes at the same time
  • Work closely with other departments (supply chain, marketplace, advertising, financial) to ensure that each department has the information necessary for a smooth hand-off between us and the current business owners 
  • Follow internal processes and interact with external integration/migration teams to ensure successful account transfers
  • Refine our integration processes to ensure a successful and efficient transition of the brands and accounts that we acquire

Job requirements

Do you have what it takes?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to plan, prioritize and problem solve in a fast paced environment
